Easter Bunny Breakfast

This morning we took the kids to Breakfast with the Easter Bunny. It did not go over so well with Diana. At first she would not go to the Easter Bunny at all. Lol. Neither would Dean at first. After a while she warmed up to the Easter Bunny as long as he stayed at least a table length away from her.

Day 4 Football

Well Day number 4 of football never happened. The coach emailed and said the practice was cancled. It was only sprinkling rain at the time. Thank goodness for that call thouhgh. 1 hour later it started snowing snowing snowing. I would not have been a very good football mommy standing in the snow :)

Football Day 3

Football Day number 3 went well. I think Dean is really enjoying this. He is very focused and looks like hes working really hard. I dont know much about football so I cant really help him out at home. Thank goodness daddy is there to help him out.The first day of practice Dean told me he did not like mud and rain. Now after the third day of practice he seems not to mind it. Mommy can't say I'm thrilled about it as I have to clean everything but hey if he's happy then so am I..
Diana has met a few new friends tonight too. I'm happy for her. Since she is not in school she does not have many friends. Daddy and I have talked a bit about putting her into some type of program to get her involved with other kids her age. We now have 4 nights a week to look forward to with her new found friends.

My favorite girls

A few weeks ago my niece was Baptised. I was honored standing beside her to be her god mother. She is the sweetest thing. Diana will be baptised in a few months. I hope it goes as smooth as her cousins did.

Flag Football Day 2

What a beautiful day to play football. Tonight was day two of Dean's Flag football. The sun was out shining bright and there was not one rain cloud in site. The practice field was just perfect for the boys, nice and muddy. Dean had a blast again tonight. While I was a bit more prepared with having Diana at practice tonight it did not go so well. She is in the very demanding, loud, and temper some stage. Hello two years old :) She loves to watch Dean play ball. She loves to cheer for him and tell him to get the ball. Tonight as she was in a not so listening mood daddy had set her in a time out. Being Diana she did not want to sit there let alone throw a bigger fit. She was sitting in a lawn chair at this time. She was scooting her bum to the edge of the chair and then got her lets stuck. She flipped forward onto the ground and the chair fell on top of her. All we could see at first was her hands soaking in the mud from underneath the chair. She did not cry one bit and before we could laugh any or get any pictures I whisked her off to clean her. Although I did not get any pictures of her covered in mud head to toe it was funny. Hopefully next time she wont through such a fit. :)
Dean was grinning from ear to ear when he got off the field. Covered in mud from his shoes to his hair. Oh the fun begins :) Go Giants

Spring Flag Football

Woooohooooooooo tonight marked the first Football Practice for Dean. He was so excited once he got there. He seemed to be ear to ear smiles. I am so excited for him. Although I have no idea what is going on during football I know he was having a good time. Daddy was able to talk me though a little bit of what was going on.
I thought I originally signed Dean up for Fall ball and could not figure out why I was getting tons of emails from the football association on up coming events. a few weeks a go I got an email from the coach confirming Dean on his team. I panicked for a few days. I was not sure I was ready for the football challenge. Every night practices. We will get though it. Yesterday ended our basketball season, today started our flag football season and baseball will start in May. Boy o Boy are we going to be busy.
Tonight was cold, wet, and muddy. It was great other then that. Daddy and Diana had a candy picnic for a while as she cheered Dean on.
Practices are Mon though Thursdays with Games on Wednesdays so I'll have tons more pictures to follow. Since it was raining tonight I used my droid camera to take the pics so the quality is not so good but there are OK.
